Return & Refund Policy 

Preamble

This Return & Refund Policy ("the Policy") is exclusively applicable to physical goods purchased through our online shop and categorically excludes services rendered or procured through the same platform. To clarify, the distinction between physical items and services is as follows:

  1. Physical Items: These are tangible objects offered for sale on our online platform, encompassing consumer goods, electronics, apparel, and other merchandise that can be physically handled, shipped, and returned. Their defining characteristic is their tangible, physical nature, which necessitates their shipment, receipt, and, if necessary, their return in accordance with this Policy.

  2. Services: In contrast, services represent intangible offerings that do not result in the ownership of a physical product. They include, but are not limited to, consultation, support, installation, maintenance, PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, internet services, and alarm monitoring. Services are acts, efforts, performances, or tasks performed by us or our representatives. They are characterized by their intangible nature, involving the application of skills and labor rather than the provision of a tangible product.

It is essential to understand that this Policy does not apply to any transaction related to the services provided by our online shop. Services are governed by separate terms and conditions, detailed in the respective service agreement or contract at the time of purchase. Clients are advised to review these terms for policies on cancellation, refunds, or adjustments pertinent to services.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Right to Rescind for Returns: Pursuant to this policy, a purchaser may rescind the contract of sale and return any item procured from our store within a strict timeframe of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the item remains in its undamaged, original condition, inclusive of unaltered instructions and intact packaging.

  2. Restitution via Store Credit - Restocking Charge: Except as delineated in Sections 3 and 5, upon valid rescission and return of goods, the purchaser shall be entitled to restitution in the form of a store credit. This credit shall be calculated as the total purchase price less a restocking fee amounting to twenty percent (20%) of said purchase price. The store credit, issued as an E-Voucher, shall not be subject to expiration and is redeemable for any merchandise in our store.

  3. Refunds for Defective Merchandise: Full monetary restitution shall be accorded exclusively for goods exhibiting defects attributable to manufacturing errors. This policy expressly excludes restitution for goods damaged subsequent to purchase, whether by accident or through misuse by the purchaser.

  4. Carrier-Induced Damage: Responsibility for documenting carrier-induced damage to goods rests with the purchaser. The purchaser must provide incontrovertible evidence of such damage, which includes but is not limited to photographic or video documentation of the unopened and damaged package. Upon satisfactory verification of such evidence, the purchaser shall qualify for full monetary restitution.

  5. Exclusions from Restitution: Monetary restitution shall not be available for gift vouchers. Goods designated as 'special order items' are categorically excluded from this policy, save for instances of manufacturer defect.

  6. Returns due to Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase: In instances where a return is initiated due to the purchaser's change of mind or incorrect purchase, restitution shall be limited to store credit or exchange, applicable solely within the fourteen (14) day period following the original purchase.

  7. Return Shipping Costs: Except in instances of defective merchandise or carrier-induced damage as delineated in Sections 3 and 4, the purchaser shall bear all costs associated with the return shipping of goods.
